Get started with the current workflow

A short guide to adding a website, crawling content, and testing answers.

Step 1

Add a website

Open Websites in the dashboard and enter the public URL you want to use.

Step 2

Start a crawl and wait for the status to complete. Current crawls process up to ten pages.

Step 3

Open the Library to confirm which content was indexed for the selected website.

Step 4

Use the chatbot testing view and try questions that match the indexed content.

Crawl did not start: confirm the URL is public and includes http:// or https://.
Content is missing: confirm the page is linked from the site and available without signing in.
Answer is incomplete: check whether the relevant information appears in the knowledge library.
