Is it really free?
Yes, while we’re in beta. There are fair-use limits on conversations and pages (the free plan reads up to 5 pages of your site), shown on your Usage page. We’ll tell you well before any paid plans start, and you won’t be charged without choosing a plan.
What if the AI chatbot gives a wrong answer?
It only answers from what you’ve given it, and shows the source. When something is wrong, mark it in your inbox and write the correct answer.
Do I need a developer to add it to my website?
No. If you can edit your site’s footer or add a plugin, you can install it. There are steps for each website builder, or you can email the snippet to whoever runs your site.
What happens to my visitors’ data?
Conversations belong to you. You choose how long they’re kept and can delete a visitor’s data on request. Our trust page lists the services we use to run it. Read the trust page.
