Why clear product limits improve trust
Honest limits help users evaluate fit and reduce disappointment during setup.
Marketing pages often hide limits behind broad promises. That may increase initial interest, but it makes setup more frustrating when the product behaves differently.
State the boundary near the claim
If a crawler processes a limited number of pages, show that limit near the crawl feature. If an integration is not available, do not imply that it is. Users can then decide whether the current product fits before investing time.
Use concrete language
Specific descriptions such as “review indexed content in the dashboard” are easier to verify than phrases such as “autonomous intelligence.” Clear language is useful for search engines, accessibility, support, and product credibility.
